What EnduNAD is

EnduNAD is a two capsule a day supplement marketed around NAD, the molecule involved in cellular energy, and the idea of youthful vitality.

The interesting part

There is some genuine thinking here. Niacin is a real NAD precursor, and trigonelline, supplied via fenugreek, is an emerging one that researchers are actively studying. The label is fully disclosed, and it adds antioxidants like resveratrol and green tea plus a calming chamomile extract.

Where to stay grounded

The NAD and longevity field is real but early, and the benefits promised here, youthful energy and the like, are vague and not demonstrated for this product. Notably it does not use NMN or NR, the most studied NAD precursors. And the 250 mg of niacin can cause a harmless but uncomfortable skin flush.

The price

At close to 135 dollars, EnduNAD is the most expensive product in this group. That is a lot to pay for an early stage, vaguely defined benefit.

Our verdict

Transparent and conceptually interesting, but unproven and pricey. Worth a look only if you are specifically curious about NAD support and comfortable paying a premium for an emerging idea.
