What Expansil Cream is
Expansil Cream is a topical product applied to the intimate area, marketed to men for size, sensation and erections. It is made from botanical oils and extracts.
What the ingredients realistically do
The contents, rosehip, peppermint, ginkgo, aloe and arnica, are common in skincare. They can soothe and moisturise, and peppermint oil produces a tingling, warming sensation. None of that translates into a change in size.
The claim that has no basis
The central promise is enlargement, and there is simply no scientific basis for a cream achieving that. The studies the brand cites are general herbal research on inflammation and antioxidants, not anything about penis size. No amounts are disclosed either, so even the soothing ingredients are an unknown quantity.
How to use it, safely
If you use it purely as a soothing cream, patch test first because peppermint and arnica can irritate, and stop if your skin reacts. For erectile concerns, see a doctor rather than relying on a topical product.
Our verdict
Stripped of the marketing, this is a basic botanical cream sold at a premium on a promise it cannot keep. We cannot recommend it on its enlargement claim, because that claim is not real.
