What GigantX is
GigantX is a capsule marketed to men for erections, performance and, prominently, penis size. It discloses its doses, which is more than many rivals do.
What the ingredients can and cannot do
Some ingredients here are reasonable for blood flow. Citrulline and beetroot raise nitric oxide, and Korean ginseng has some erectile function research. That can plausibly support firmer erections in some men. The citrulline dose, at 350 mg, is low compared with performance studies that use a gram or more.
The claim we have to call out
The central promise, increasing size by several centimetres, has no scientific support. No oral supplement does this, and the brand’s own page includes the standard FDA disclaimer that its statements are not evaluated. This is the part to ignore entirely.
How to use it, and when to see a doctor
It is two capsules a day, with caffeine, so mind your stimulant intake. More importantly, erectile difficulty can be an early warning of cardiovascular problems, so get checked rather than self treating with a supplement.
Our verdict
Strip away the size marketing and GigantX is an ordinary circulation and energy blend with some sensible ingredients at modest doses. We cannot endorse it on its headline promise, because that promise is not real.
