What Semaxin is

Semaxin is a capsule aimed at men who want to support fertility and sexual function. It combines amino acids, plant extracts, antioxidants and minerals in a single daily dose.

What is inside, and what we like

Credit where it is due: Semaxin lists the exact amount of every ingredient. Several of them, including zinc, selenium, CoQ10 and folate, genuinely appear in research on sperm quality and male reproductive health. That is more than many rivals can say.

Where to keep expectations in check

Two cautions. First, tribulus terrestris has a big reputation but weak evidence for raising testosterone or fertility, so do not buy on that alone. Second, there is no study on Semaxin itself, only on some of its parts. The ingredient logic is sound, but the finished product is unproven.

How to use it

Take two capsules a day between meals. Because sperm take about three months to develop, give any fertility supplement a few months before judging it, and pair it with the basics: not smoking, limiting alcohol, managing weight and heat exposure.

Our verdict

Semaxin is a thoughtfully built, transparent option that we would consider a reasonable adjunct rather than a fix. If you are struggling to conceive, see a doctor first so any treatable cause is not missed, then decide whether a supplement like this fits around that.
