Corrections Policy

We try hard to get the facts right. When we get something wrong, we want to know, and we want to fix it.

How to report an error

Email us at team@supplementsunpacked.com with the subject line "Correction". Please include:

• The page address (URL).
• What you think is wrong.
• A source that supports the correct information, if you have one.

What we do next

1. We read every report.
2. We check the claim against the source.
3. If we made a factual error, we fix the page and update its date.
4. If the error changed our conclusion or a product's score, we add a short note to the page that says what changed.

What is not a correction

A different opinion about a product is not an error. We still welcome it, and we read it. But we change a score only when the facts behind it change.
