What Piperinox is
Piperinox is a once a day capsule that leans on piperine, the active compound in black pepper, plus warming spices and a little caffeine from guarana. It is sold as a metabolism and weight management aid.
What the evidence actually shows
Here is the honest part. Piperine is best known in research for helping the body absorb other compounds, which is why it is added to so many supplements. Its direct effect on body weight is small and not well established. Tellingly, the one study the brand cites is about how its DRcaps capsule releases its contents, not about anyone losing weight.
The transparency problem
On top of the thin evidence, Piperinox does not disclose how much of any ingredient it contains. So even if you believed in the spices, you could not tell whether they are present at a useful level or just a pinch.
How to use it
Take one capsule a day between meals. If you do try it, treat it as a minor add on to a calorie controlled diet and more movement, which are the things that actually change body weight.
Our verdict
Piperinox is not dangerous, but the case for it is weak: no weight loss study, hidden doses and a premium price. We would put the money toward food and training first, and skip the capsule.
